Clear engagement terms for strategy, design, and engineering delivery.
The terms that govern use of this website and the general framework Avrixo follows for client engagements. Specific commercial terms are confirmed in each project's statement of work.
Engagement model
Every client project is governed by a written statement of work covering scope, deliverables, timeline, communication cadence, and acceptance criteria. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services outside of a signed agreement.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule, and currency are set out in the statement of work for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work on new milestones does not begin until prior invoices are settled.
Change management
Requests that fall outside an agreed scope are handled as a documented change request with its own timeline and cost impact, agreed before work begins, so budgets and delivery dates stay predictable.
Intellectual property
Unless the statement of work says otherwise, ownership of the code, designs, and documentation produced for a client transfers to that client upon full payment. Avrixo retains the right to reuse general, non-confidential methods, patterns, and know-how developed during delivery.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business, technical, and strategic information shared during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.
Warranties and liability
Avrixo delivers work to a professional standard and will remedy material defects reported within the warranty period defined in the statement of work. Liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms, and any statement of work entered into with Avrixo, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in that agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
